Lionel Chouchan is a Publicitaire and writer French born on October 1st 1937 with Paris. He is in particular the creator, with André Halimi, of the Festival of the American cinema of Deauville (1975) and of the Festival of police Cognac film (1982).

Studies

Lionel Chouchan made its studies in Paris, Turgot college and Alsatian École, and with Rouen (Seine-Maritime). It is graduate National college of business of Rouen.

Career

After having been writer-originator at the advertizing agency Provence-NCK (1962-64), Lionel Chouchan founded in 1969 the agency of communication Promo 2000, become in 1994 the Public System.
