Lingua sistemfrater

The Lingua Sistemfrater or Frater is a Langue built based on a Pan-European vocabulary, but with an side-Asian grammar and a sound system simplified in order to be acquired without sorrow by very land, which is not the case of that of the Esperanto for example.

This language was proposed by the Vietnamese Pham Xuan Thai in a work published in 1957. Contrary to good of other international languages, Frater is thus not eurocentric, nor a priori the thought of its originator; that also deserves to be noted.

It seems, for the remainder, that this project is currently forsaken.
