Linear food

A linear food is an electronic device containing of power which provides to an electrotechnical device one or more continuous tensions perfectly stabilized and maintained constant in spite of the fluctuations of the source (the network) and of the load. The food can be conceived to deliver some Watts to several hundreds of Watts.

Constitution

This type of food is consisted of the setting in cascade of the following elements:

a Transformer
a Rectifying assembly ,
a linear Regulating whose operation is controlled to the Consigne

Principal use

Have finds this type of food in almost all the apparatuses supplied with the electrical communication and embarking electronics, but also in all the systems requiring a stress working stabilized.
