Line of bus the RATP PC2

The line of bus the RATP PC2 connects the Porte of the Villette to the Porte of Ivry .

It serves the 19 {{E}}, 20 {{E}}, 12 {{E}} and 13 {{E}} districts of Paris.

It passes by the Boulevards of the Marshals: boulevards Sérurier, Mortar, Davout, Soult, Poniatowski and Masséna.

History

August 1st
  • the line is resulting from cutting into three of the old line PC (see PC1).
  • At the beginning of work of the line of tram T3, the terminus '' Porte of Italy '' is given up and the shortened line with Porte of Ivry .
  • Since the December 16th 2006 and the startup of the tram, the PC2 is not any more in doubled bloom with the PC1, it is the only one to serve the Porte section of Ivry - Door of Charenton.

Incidents

The August 14th 2007, the Agora L carrying shell 4526 strikes a standard lamp then a Platane on the Boulevard Macdonald in the 19 {{E}} district of Paris. The shock takes place on the before-right-hand side part of the bus. 14 travellers are wounded, including two more seriously. The cause of the accident would be blocking, for an undetermined reason, column steering
