Line of bus the RATP 258

Line 258 connects Defense and the Gare of Saint-Germain-in-Bush hammer .

It serves the communes of Puteaux, Nanterre, Rueil-Malmaison, Bougival, Louveciennes, the Port-Marly, Pecq and Saint-Germain in Bush hammer.

History

A tram line circulated under the index 58 at the beginning of the 20th century between the Maillot door and the place of the Château of Saint-Germain-in-Bush hammer. It passed by the crossroads of Defense, the place of the Ball (Nanterre), Rueil-City, Jonchère and Port-Marly.

After the War, a line 158 circulated between the bridge of Neuilly and the castle of Saint-Germain-in-Bush hammer by taking again the same route as the old tram.

In the years 1960, the 158 was restricted with circulation between Defense and Rueil-City. Classification 258 was allotted to the line connecting Defense to Saint-Germain-in-Bush hammer.

In the years 1970, there were two lines:

  • 158a which connected Defense to the castle of Saint-Germain-in-Bush hammer.
  • 158b which connected Defense to the station of Rueil (current).

In the years 1980, classification was definitively allotted to the current line.

There exist several partial services on the basis of Defense:

  • Defense - Nanterre Swell it (all the day)
  • Defense - Rueil-City (rush hour and Sunday)
  • Defense - Rueil it Jonchère (rush hour)
