The line of bus the RATP 138 connects the Porte of Clichy to Ermont-Eaubonne .
It serves Paris (17 {{E}}), Clichy, Asnières-sur-Seine, Gennevilliers, Épinay-sur-Seine, Saint-Gratien and Ermont.

Service road
The line is prolonged with the Gare of Ermont - Eaubonne in rush hours and all the day of Saturday until 19:40; a maintained service of Gratien Saint in Porte of Clichy until 21:30.The 138 is twinned with the 238, which connects the Gare of Saint-Gratien to the coach station of Asnières-Gennevilliers of the Monday to Friday (only in rush hours).
These two lines have the same course between Saint-Gratien the RER and Rond-point Pierre Timbaud (the 238 dessert the port of Gennevilliers and the station of Gennevilliers). The frequency of these two lines is from approximately 20 to 30 minutes according to the days.
Partial services were create between Ermont-Eaubonne and République François Mitterrand in rush hours of the Monday to Friday with immense traffic jams. These partial services are not mentioned on the time cards because not applied systematically.
