Linalol

The linalol (3,7-Dimethyl-1,6-octadiène-3-ol) is a terpenic Alcool, tertiary alcohol, Insaturé with the odor of lily of the valley.
One finds it in particular in the essential oils of Lavande and mint. This organic compound is slightly water soluble.
