Limb

Limbé (also called Limb ) is a city of the west of the Cameroun. Limb was founded in 1857 on the southern side of the Mont Cameroun and became a seaside resort.

History

The port city of Limb, called formerly Victoria, was rested by the English missionary Alfred Saker. The city is located on the west coast of Cameroun.

Language

The Cameroun being a bilingual country, the English and the French are official languages. Nevertheless, Limb having been under British mandate, English is spoken by the majority about the population.

Intêrets

Limb is located in a bay against the side of the volcanic chain. Sand beaches black constitutes the maritime frontage of the city, making Limb, with Kribi the seaside resorts most popular of the Cameroun. The English co-operation maintains two parks naurels over there, the Limbe Wildlife Center and the Limbe Botanical Gardens.

Trade

Limb is the site of the gasoline refinery of the country.

The wearing of Limb is one of the four ports of the Cameroun.
