The Lille Métropole Hockey Club is a French club of Field hockey founded in 1924 and based with Lille. The female and male teams of the club evolve/move among lélite national: Championship of France of field hockey and Championship of France of field hockey female.
History
Lille was initially represented by the Iris Club Inhabitant of Lille then by the Olympic Inhabitant of Lille. Certain members of the section hockey of the OL decide to take their independence and found a new club in 1924: Lille Hockey Club.Because of the policy of intercommunality which subsidizes only the clubs having in their name the mention " Lille Métropole" , the club changes name at the beginning of the Années 2000.
