Lilium lancifolium
Lilium lancifolium (syn. L. tigrinum ) is a species of Lily of Asia of the east (China, Korea, Japan).
Like the others Lily, the Fleur S are carried by a Tige set up from 80 to 200 cm in height. The Sheet S, lancéolées, measure 6 to 9 cm length and 1 to 2 cm broad. With the armpit of those the plant produces Bulbille S ensuring the plant a vegetative means of dissemination.
The plant is cultivated in Asia for its bulblets and the ornamentation.
It was naturalized in certain areas of North America. It is known in the Anglo-Saxon countries under the name of Tiger Lily , which indicates however several Espèce S.
