Liliane Wouters is a poetess, dramatic author, anthologist, essay writer born the February 5th 1930 with Ixelles where it will pass most of its life.

It is after having become acquainted with Albert-Andre Lheureux and sound Théâtre of the Spirit-rapper that Liliane Wouters will occupy a place deserved with the theater.
