Light-contact (sport of combat)

The light-contact (literally “light contact”), indicates usually the controlled version of the Full-contact (American Boxe). In competition, it is held, generally, on practicable of carpet and is accessible on all the ages and levels.

This expression also indicates other types of practice:

the controlled version of the Kickboxing
the controlled version of the Burmese Boxing (Bando-kickboxing).
