Life Cycles Cost

The Life Cycles Cost (LCC), is a managerial tool which makes it possible to know the Production costs of a product during all its lifespan since its manufacture until disassembling.

Here decomposition of calculation LCC: LCC = CIC + Cin + This + Co + Cm + Cs + Cenv + Cd

  • CIC = Cost for the final customer, (initial Investment)
  • Cin = fresh of installation and startup
  • This = energy cost
  • Co = cost operating (labor)
  • Cm = costs of maintenance and repair
  • Cs = costs of stop of Production
  • Cenv = associated costs with the environment
  • Cd = costs of outage and demounting
