Life Cycles Cost
The Life Cycles Cost (LCC), is a managerial tool which makes it possible to know the Production costs of a product during all its lifespan since its manufacture until disassembling.
Here decomposition of calculation LCC:
- CIC = Cost for the final customer, (initial Investment)
- Cin = fresh of installation and startup
- This = energy cost
- Co = cost operating (labor)
- Cm = costs of maintenance and repair
- Cs = costs of stop of Production
- Cenv = associated costs with the environment
- Cd = costs of outage and demounting
