Library of Peace
The library of Peace ( Bibliotheca Pacis ) or library of the Forum of Peace was located in the Temple of Peace on the Forum of Peace (or Vespasien), or was narrowly attached there.
It was built at the same time as the Forum of Peace, between 71 and 75 a. J. - C., and was inaugurated this year there.
In this Library, were various " trésors" arts persons brought back by Vespasien of Jerusalem, as well as famous work Greek artists.
It contained also the files of the urban prefecture, the plans cadastral and a series of documents concerning municipal work in particular completed under Vespasien and Septime Sévère.
