Liberal Vanguardia

The Vanguardia Liberal is a daily newspaper Colombia N published with Bucaramanga and covering the department of Santander.

History

The first number appears on September 1st, 1919, whereas the department of Santander knows a strong economic expansion with the working of the first oil wells. Its founder is Alejandro Galvis Galvis (1891-1981), an important member of the Colombian Liberal party.
