Liaoning

The Liaoning (辽宁 Pinyin : liáoníng), abr: Liao (辽 liáo) is a province the North-East of the China, at the border with the North Korea whose chief town is Shenyang (沈阳; pinyin : Shěnyáng).

History

Shenyang was the capital of the Manchu Empire at the 17th century, until in 1644, when the Mandchous arrive at the capacity of the Chinese Empire and install their new capital with Beijing.

It owes its industrialization to the Russian invaders then Japan board, at the beginning of the 20th century.

One finds today with Shenyang, Beiling (the tomb of North), burial of the founder of the Dynastie Qing, Huang Taiji, and to 8 km of Shenyang approximately, Dongling (the tomb of the East), where the grandfather of the Empereur Shunzhi is buried.

Dalian, another big city of Liaoning, was during the Russian occupation a port making it possible to compensate for the winter glaciation of Vladivostok.

Tourism

Dalian (大连 Dàlián), is a city impossible to circumvent of the North-East of China, called the HongKong of North . Its pebble beach and its stations of cure are very appraisals. It has three universities, of which a university of foreign languages.
