Li Dazhao , born in 1889 in the surroundings of Letin (province of Hebei) and carried out in 1927, was a Politician Chinese of Marxist orientation .
Within this framework he hears for the first time of the Marxist theories and starts to become active on the political arena. In reaction to the attempt at Yuan Shikai to be made appoint emperor, it founds an association of Chinese students and publishes a first book containing of the critical ways on Yuan Shikai and the Japanese ambitions to influence the Chinese interior policy. Too much occupied, he neglects his studies and consequently sees himself excluded from the university in 1916.
Then, Li Dazhao returns in China, accepts a post of secretary near one of the leaders of the progressive Party, becomes editor association of the body of the party and is committed preaching a democratic State. In 1918 he becomes librarian with the Université of Beijing, one of his/her colleagues of this time being Mao Zedong. In 1920 it is named professor and secretary of the senior of the university. Already professor, it contributes to propagate the communist ideas, initially, by dedicating a course to the Capital of Karl Marx, but also by circles of discussions on this topic.
Of a determining role in the organization of the Movement of May 4th in 1919 and the foundation of the Chinese Communist party in 1921, it occupies of the decisive stations within the party. Within this framework it goes first once to Moscow at the time of the 5th congress of the Komintern in 1924. Little time later, it occupies there a post of professor at the University of the East.
Whereas it again expresses criticism on Japan, it is seen forced to withdraw in the embassy of the Soviet Union, which ends up delivering it to gendarmes of the man of war Zhang Zuolin, who carry out it.
