Close to Leymen at the XIXe century the holy source Walpurge existed whose water was reserved to the ill children.

On the commune of Leymen is also the castle of Landskron, old fortress medieval with the history charged and currently restored by association free-Switzerland “pro-landskron”. The castle is free open to the visits all the year.
