Lex Carolina

Constitutio Criminalis Carolina , law of the Germanic Empire returned in 1532, under Charles-Quint, of which it accepted the name, regulated the criminal procedure in all the Germany and put a farm at arbitrary which reigned in this part of the administration. Inter alia provisions, it prescribed the public nature of the proceedings and the publication of the judgments.
