Lewis T. Preston

Lewis Thompson Preston was born on August 5th 1926 with New York. In 1991, it is selected as an eighth president of the group of the the World Bank, and until in 1995 will remain it. Although not very familiar with the medium of the bank as an establishment of development, it quickly developed an enthusiasm which inspired the remainder of the personnel. It was useful in the Pacifique as a soldier of navy of the the United States during the Second world war. It received a diploma of Harvard in 1951, and was the captain of the Olympic team of hockey in 1948.

Many events occurred at the time of the mandate of Lewis T.
