The level of elimination is used to qualify the management of the Déchet S. One considers the 4 following levels as regards management of waste of company:

• 0: Reduction with the source of the quantity and the toxicity of produced waste. It is the concept of clean technology.
• 1: Recycling or Valorization of under products of manufacture.
• 2: Treatment or pretreatment of waste. This includes in particular the physicochemical treatments, the detoxication, the évapo-incineration or the incineration.
• 3: Setting in Discharge or hiding in major site.
