This mail is opened by the customer service mail of Libourne, only authorized with that, to find the address of the shipper and to send a reply-card free to him. The first reply-card was illustrated by Rene Chag and comprised a text written by Francoise Dolto, psychoanalyst and sister of the Minister for the postal and telecommunications authorities of the time.
