Leroy Burrell

Leroy Russel Burrell born the February 21st 1967, is a Athlète American specialist in the 100 m which establishes by twice the world records of this speciality with 9" 90 in June 1991 then 9" 85 in 1994 with Athletissima Lausanne, this last record held until 1996.

It grew with Lansdowne in Pennsylvania and studied with the Université of Houston, Texas.

Burrell, at the time of the Olympic Games of 1992 in Barcelona, gained the gold medal of the Relais 4 X 100 meters with the American team.

Since its retirement in 1998, Burrell replaced its former mentor, Tom Tellez, as a trainer of the team of athletics of the university.

He married Michelle Finn, who was also an athlete, in 1994, they have two wire.
