Lepena

Lepena , in Serb Cyrillic Sr Лепена, is a village of Serbia located in the municipality of Knjaževac, district of Zaječar. In 2002, it counted 137 inhabitants, all Serbes.

In 1948, the village counted 343 inhabitants, in 1981 239 and, in 1991, 191.
