Leon Zitrone

Leon Zitrone , born with Petrograd (Russia) the November 25th 1914, deceased the November 25th 1995 with Levallois-Perret (France), was a Journaliste French.

Biography

Born in Russia, it arrives to France with its family fleeing the Communisme, at the six years age. It carries out initially scientific studies but its perfect control of Russian, French, English and German opens to him in 1948 the doors of French Broadcasting to the service of the emissions towards the foreigner. In 1959, it joined the television activity of the rtf, French Broadcasting-television. Starting from 1961, he becomes presenter of the Tv news, function which he will on the whole exert nearly 20 years.
