Leo PEN
Leo PEN (August 27th 1921 - September 5th 1998) is a Acteur and American Réalisateur.
He gained, as a realizer, various Emmy Awards for televised series such as St Elsewhere , Kojak and Trapper John, M.D. .
During the Maccarthisme whereas its career began, the executives of the movie studios placed it on the black list of Hollywood after it tried to organize a pro-trade-union meeting with other actors. Not being able more to play for the cinema, it turned to Broadway where the trade union of the actors of theater Actor' S Equity Association refused to apply the ostracism preached by MacCarthy.
Married to Eileen Ryan, he is the father of the actors Sean Penn and Chris Penn.
