Leo Esaki

Leo Esaki (born in 1925 with Osaka -) is a Physicien Japanese. He was prize winner of the Nobel Prize of physics in 1973 for his work on the tunnel effect of the electrons with two fellow-members: Ivar Giaever and Brian David Josephson. He was elected “ man of the American Academy of arts and sciences ” in May 1974.
