Lembach
Lembach is a common French, located in the department of the the Low-Rhine and the area Alsace. Its inhabitants is called Lembachois.
The common one belongs to the Regional natural park of the Vosges of North.

September 1st, 1972, the commune amalgamates with the village of Mattstall (which obtained its first flower) which becomes Commune partner.

- the Castle of Fleckenstein: the uncontested tourist headlight of the sector.
- the Castle of Frœnsbourg and its recent installation which returns the rise at the possible top, via an impressive external metal staircase.
- the Work of the Lime kiln: fortification prone to guided visits, architectural witness of the last war and Line Maginot.

- the headland of climbing and the observatory of the Krappenfels , located just above the clearing and the restaurant of Gimbelhof.

- Vis-a-vis Froensbourg: stripped lubricating flagstones of the Fuchsberg and its panorama, wild and preserved place.
Personalities related to the commune
Russel Schweickart is a American Astronaute, grandson of a couple of Lembach which emigrated with the State-Plain . It came twice to visit the village. it has to give its name has a street of the village. A sculpture of Emile Popp celebrates, inter alia, Rusty Schweickart.Paul Bertololy, doctor and writer, born on February 12th, 1880 with Frankenthal (Palatinat) and deceased in Lembach on November 28th, 1972.
