Leisure Follows Larry: In the Land off the Lounge Lizards is a Video game of adventure of On-line Sierra left in 1987. It is the first shutter of the series of the Leisure Suit Larry . It had a few years later a remake in Point-to click with graphics, sounds and a jouability more advanced.

Synopsis

Larry Laffer, former old somewhat old-fashioned data processing specialist of forty years, decides to leave to the adventure in the town of Lost Wages, in order to lose its virginity and to perhaps even find the love.

Anecdotes

  • a lounge lizard ( " Lizard of salon" ) is an English term which designates a man spending his time drinking Cocktail S in the bars and which seeks to allure women, believing itself irresistible.
  • the name of the city, Lost Wages , means " Perdus" wages; and is inspired by Las Vegas.
  • If Larry dies attacked by a hooligan in a dark lane, its corpse is descended in a factory from robots. Among his robots, one can also see King Graham who is the main character of the series of plays of adventure King' S Quest , of the Sierra company. There is also a dragon-robot, with the image of that which appears in King' S Quest: Quest for the Crown
  • In the bar Lefty' S, there is a head of stag which comes from the play of adventure King' S Quest 3 .
  • One finds the front of the club in the play of adventure Police Quest: In Pursuit off the Death Angel .

Remake

The remake, named Leisure Follows Larry: In the Land off the Lounge Lizards Enhanced , was made with the image of the fifth and sixth shutter (Larry is thus small with a famous person), with graphics VGA, a jouability point-to click some as well as a more modern soundtrack. It there also of the additional changes, like characters with the look more worked and two female characters, at the origin of the white women, become black women.
