Legislative elections of Sierra Leone of 2007

the legislative elections were organized with the Sierra Leone the 11 August 2007, at the same time as the first turn of the presidential election.

The Congress of all the people (APC), left the opposition, gained these elections by obtaining 59 of the 112 seats. The Parti the people of Sierra Leone (SLPP) of the outgoing president Ahmad Tejan Kabbah gained 43 seats, and the Popular movement for the democratic change (PMDC, dissenting faction of the SLPP) 10.
