Legion of honor (Philippines)

The National order of the Legion of Honor of Philippines was establishes by the president Manuel Roxas in the military circular n°60 dating from the July 3rd 1947. It can reward the civilians as well as the soldiers, and the philippains that the foreigners.
Hierarchy
At the beginning, it made up only of 4 classes was not based on the model of the American Legion off Merit. One distinguished then- the commander-in-chiefs (the highest class)
