Legal medicine
The legal medicine is a speciality of the Médecine having milked, inter alia, with the thanatologic activity, whose principal support is the Autopsie as with the legal aspects of the medical practices being based on the legislations on which the doctors depend.
In collaboration with justice, the medical examiner gives his conclusions on the causes of the Mort in the cases of suspect deaths. The whole of the doctors is concerned with the laws, the directives, conventions and especially the code of conduct of their profession which applies to their fields of activity. Justice regularly calls upon the medical professionals for expertises and conversely the doctors request justice to obtain their contest in the assumption of responsibility of the patients.
Some use sometimes the Anglicism “medicine forensic” ( forensic medicine ) and of this fact is a branch of “forensic sciences” ( forensic science ).
