Legal committee of the private Council

At the time of the Confédération, whereas the Supreme court of Canada acted as Court of Appeal for the worldwide, one could carry the causes in call in front of the legal Comité of the private Council to London so that it rules in last spring. It is only in 1933 for the criminal cases and that in 1949 for the civil actions that this right was abolished. The Supreme court is today the court of last legal spring in Canada.
