Legal People for and Non-Sectarian Schools
Legal People for and Non-Sectarian Schools (PLANS) , is an American association based mainly with San Francisco and on the Web. It conducts a campaign against the public finance of the schools Steiner while being based on the separation of the Church and the State like against the tendency of these schools to dissimulate the religious contents (anthroposophic) of their teaching. In 1998 PLANE continues in front of the federal courts two public schools so that they stop applying the Steiner method, the lawsuit is always in hand.
The group was founded in 1995 and became an association with nonlucrative goal in 1997. Its founders, the president Debra Snell and secretary daN Dugan are former parents of pupils of a Steiner school.
