Lee Hsien Loong (born the February 10th 1952), is a former general of the army of Singapore, become Politician. He is Prime Minister of this country since the August 12th 2004 after a governmental long career.

Wire of the Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, regarded as the “founder” of the Singaporean State, he studies in the National Junior College, of universities of Cambridge and Harvard.

Entered the army, it carries out a successful career and takes its retirement in 1984 to it with the rank of brigadier general.

Begin its political career then. It enters to the government the Années 1980, is Deputy Prime Minister of Goh Chok Tong starting from 1993, before succeeding the August 12th to him 2004.

His wife died in 1982, and itself survived a cancer of the lymphatic system at the beginning of the Années 1990.
