The leave of professional training (CFP) is the possibility of following formations to in an individual capacity to carry out a personal Projet (reconversion, promotional will, professional step.) with the whole of the agents, holders or not, of the three public office.

This leave of professional training is a right of the Loi n°86-33 of January 9th, 1986 and is distinct from the training programs which the establishment offers in which the agent exerts.

• Access terms : 3 years of actual services.

• Lasted : Maximum 3 years, however the compensated period is to the 12 months the maximum.
• Remuneration : 85% of the treatment gross indicial range at 100% for the agents of category C of the Public office.

For the hospital sector, the National association for the continuing education of hospital staff (ANFH) is the organization allowing this leave of professional training.
