Lawsuit of intention
The lawsuit of intention is a Sophisme consisting in condemning the acts of a person by lending unavowable and condemnable intentions to him. The invalid character of this reasoning comes owing to the fact that the intentions are not proven, even unverifiable. They thus constitute a insufficient Prémisse.
