A lawsuit is a litigation subjected to a jurisdiction, which can be for example a Tribunal or a court. At the conclusion of the lawsuit, a decision is returned. It can be a question of a judgment, for the decisions returned by the courts, or of a stop, for the decisions returned by the Courses.
