Laws of country
The laws of the country, lawful acts related to administration , are an innovation of the organic Loi n° 2004-192 of the February 27th 2004 bearing statute of the French Polynésie.
In fact the texts adopted by the Assemblée of French Polynesia taken in the field of the law, and arose from now on, either with the competence of the French Polynésie, or is taken with the financial investments of the French Polynésie in competences of the State.
They intervene in the matters enumerated in articles 31 and 140 of the statute of the French Polynésie.
These acts are subjected to the jurisdictional control of the Council of State.
