Law on the tobacco (Germany)
The provisional law on the tobacco ( of Vorläufiges Tabakgesetz , VTabakG) is a German federal law belonging to the criminal Law derived.
It was originally called the law on the foodstuffs and of first need ( of Lebensmittel- und Bedarfsgegenständegesetz , LBMG), but it was almost entirely codified with the Code of the foodstuffs, first need and animal feeds ( of Lebensmittel-, Bedarfsgegenstände- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch , LFGB) by the law of reorganization of the right of the human and animal consumption ( of Gesetz zur Neuordnung of Lebensmittel- und of Futtermittelrechts ) of September 7th, 2005, and took its current title on September 1st, 2005.
It envisages in its articles 51 and the 52 sorrows incurred for the infringement with the federal right, and in its articles 56 and the 57 sorrows incurred for the infringements with the European right. Prohibitions of Publicité are in particular described in its articles 21 with 22a.
