Law of arbitration voted the June 24th 1790 by the constituent Assembly. The purpose of this law of arbitration is to find the means most natural and most reasonable to finish the disputes.
The Constitution of year I 1793 gave to public referees elected for one year the right to only judge and without any intermediary the disputes. There was much abuse what caused the suppression of this law by that of the March 18th 1800 which restores the solicitors near the courts of districts.
