Law of June 6th, 2000
The law of the June 6th 2000 is a French Loi tending to support the equal access of the women and the men to the electoral mandates and elective functions.
Some of the provisions which it provided were censured by the French Constitutional council, in particular because of the parliamentary procedure employed.
