Law courts of Nantes

The law courts of Nantes was conceived by the architect Jean Nouvel on the topic “visibility and monumentality”. Built in 2000 on the island of Nantes in edge of the Loire, it is accessible from the center town by the Passerelle Victor-Schoelcher. It replaces old the Law courts located in the center of Nantes and which will be renovated soon in luxury hotel.
