Lavaux

Lavaux is an wine-producing area of the Canton of Vaud, known for its vineyards in terraces at the edge of the Lac Léman.

June 28th, 2007, Lavaux enters to the classification of the world heritage of humanity of UNESCO.

Viticultural area

The vineyard extends on more than 800 Hectare S. a sun burning and generous in summer, reflected by the mirror of the lake Léman, its stone walls which bring heat and shelter, all three will mature and gild the grape.
