Lavachery
Lavacherie (in Walloon Li Vatchreye or Al Vatchreye ) is a section of the common Belgian of Holy-Ode located in Walloon region in the Province of Luxembourg.
It was a commune with whole share before the fusion of the communes of 1977.
History
Commune of the department of Sambre-and-Meuse under the French mode, Lavacherie is transferred to the province from Luxembourg after 1839.
Monument
The church of Lavacherie is remarkable by its stained glasses and its way of cross. The first church of Lavacherie built in the honor of Saint-Aubin and Saint-Anthony de Padoue, was built in 1692.
