Laurent Garnier

Laurent Garnier is a DJ, type-setter and producer of Electronic music. Pioneer of the electronic music in France, it founded and continuous to direct celebrates it French label F Communications. In addition to 15 years of career, Laurent Garnier asserted himself like one of most popular DJ.

Biography

Laurent Garnier was born the 1966 with Boulogne-Billancourt, France in a family of open. Very young person, it realizes that the music made and will form integral part of its life. It is locked up in its room, transformed into true track of dance, several hours per day. Behind its platinums, he already thinks to make dance crowd and animates the family evenings as soon as he of on the occasion.

But it is when he moves with London to become footman of the Ambassador of France that very engages.

Outstanding points of its career:

DJ Acid house with the club Hacienda under the name of DJ Pedro (Manchester, England)
DJ House and Techno at the time of the evenings Wake Up with the Rex club (Paris, France)
Creation of the label F Communications with Eric Morand.

Anxious to promote musical diversity, he proposes his own radio on the Web: Pedro' S Broadcasting Meanly (www.pedrobroadcast.com), where many styles of music are côtoient. He was also DJ resident with the Rex Club (Paris) until July 2005 for the evenings Stéréomaniac , preaching before all musical eclecticism (Rock, Drum & low, Techno, etc).
