Laurent Chambon

Laurent Chambon (born the May 22nd 1972 with Châtenay-Malabry) is a French sociologist and political economist living in Amsterdam. Specialist in the place of the Minority S in policy, it is city council man since March 2006 for the workers party ( Partij van of Arbeid ) in the district of the Old South with Amsterdam ( Stadsdeel Amsterdam Oud-Zuid , and the only European town councilor (not-Dutch) with the Netherlands.

He is relatively present, as a sociologist and of elected official, in the French media to speak about the Netherlands and in the Dutch media to speak about the French situation. He is in addition cofounder of Internet site Minorites.org.
