Laurence R. Horn

Laurence R. Horn (or: Larry Horn ) is a American linguist, professor of linguistics to the Université Yale. It obtained its Doctorate in 1972 with UCLA with its thesis on the “semantic properties of the logical English operators”. It is specialized in the fields of the Pragmatique, the Syntaxe and the kind in linguistics.

It is interested particularly in exploration of the negation in the natural languages and in its relation with other operators.
