Latifa Akherbach is the current Secretary of State d' near the Foreign Minister and the co-operation of the Morocco.
Course
- It is titular of a doctorate in Information sciences and communication in 1988 at the French institute of press (Paris II).

After having taken down a baccalaureat (mathematical sciences with Marrakech) in 1978, it continued its studies at the Institute of higher learning of Journalism of Rabat (1979-1983).

It worked as journalist with the daily newspaper " Al-Maghrib" (1981-82) and with the weekly magazine theEconomic one (1991-1995).

It was, between 1993 and 2000, representing in Morocco of the network euro-Maghrebian for the formation with the trades of communication (REMFOC).

Between 1992 and 1999, it was adviser of project to the Foundation Friedrich Nauman and had animated between 1990 and 2003 several workshops and training courses in communication.

also occupied Ella the post of professor at the institute of higher learning of journalism of Reduction, become, since 1995, Institute of higher learning of Information and communication (ISIC).

In September 2003, it was named by King Mohammed VI, director of the ISIC.

It is joint author of the books " Women and médias" and " Women and politique" and had published several articles and studies on the media and the communication in various Moroccan newspapers in Arab and French language.
