Last Exiles
Ambitious project produced to celebrate the 10 years of the studio Gonzo, Last Exile (ラストエグザイル, lasuto egusaïlu ) is a Japanese cartoon which was a public and critical real success.
History
In a world similar to our 19th century but more technologically advanced, Claus Valca and Lavie Head are orphan. This childhood has them conduit has to go in the traces of their respective, pilot fathers of a type of two-seater aircraft called Vanship, fascinating places in the community of the messengers flying and taking part in the air races.
They are found accidentally embarked on a very difficult mission which will take them along on a very dreaded ship (Silverna) to the right in the middle of a war. From there, their life changes and their dream is found with their range: to cross the " Large Stream" , fantastic permanent tornado which carried their fathers. But for that, they will have to face the Guild, supposed to guarantee the chivalrous rules of the engagements in the world, and to overcome their fear of more terrifying captain.
